Useless

This app is usless. I downloaded the free version to test before buying it. I loaded a .m4a file. Missing was the genre and cover, all other information was complete. The app was not able to show any of the missing data.
So I started a new test. I just copied the file and saved it under the folder “unknown albums”. I clicked “Actions” then “load tags: from path”. The app changed the album name to “unknown album” which is correct. Now i clicked again “Actions” then “load tags: from network”, the result is: Nothing. I repeated the same with “load tags: advanced” and chose all options. Same result: Nothing.
I tried this wih many songs and the result is no change in genre at all. It keeps what I saved. Though I deleted the genre to blank, the app was not able to fill this missing. Also this app takes ages to load a file. It seems that it scan the file while loading. This is bad, since I want to load all my files and decide which ones I want to scan first, i.e. opening files without scanning them first.
No lyrics functionality. I found out other free apps that offer more functionalities than this one, such as Kid3
